What information does the HVAC inquiry form ask for?

The form asks for your name, at least one way to reach you by email or phone, the service address or ZIP code, the service type, and problem details of up to 1,500 characters. Service types are heating repair, cooling repair, system maintenance, indoor air quality, or another HVAC service. Sending an inquiry creates a lead for the business to review; it does not book an appointment or reserve a time.

What can a business owner do with an inquiry in the lead inbox?

Signed-in business owners can review and update inquiry details, track follow-up status, and archive a lead. Archiving keeps the saved lead available in the inbox. Marking an owner response only records a tracking timestamp; it does not send a message or confirm that a customer received one.

How does appointment booking work?

Accepted Answer

Appointment booking is a separate flow. Customers use the business’s public booking link to see available times and submit a booking. An appointment is created only when the customer selects an available slot, and that appointment is linked to a lead created with the booking. Available times depend on the business’s configured schedule. An inquiry by itself does not reserve a time.

What are the signup and monthly billing terms?

Accepted Answer

The signup payment is $175 USD once. The separate RafterPing workspace subscription is $325 USD per month, with its first monthly charge due one month after the signup payment. Account owners create their workspace before checkout. Paid workspace actions unlock only after the saved monthly checkout is verified for the same account and workspace; the $175 payment alone does not grant paid access.

Are follow-up messages sent automatically?

Accepted Answer

Follow-up messages are not sent automatically unless a messaging provider is connected and configured. RafterPing currently has no such provider connected, so automated follow-up is unavailable. A business owner can save or copy a follow-up draft for manual use. Saving or copying a draft does not send a message.
